Emeritus Professor Derrick Silove, AM, MB ChB (Hons 1), FRANZCP, MD (Research), FASSA, is a Professor (UNSW) and Clinical Psychiatrist with extensive experience in treating adults with a range of psychiatric disorders. His special interests include stress and trauma-related disorders, anxiety, addressing problems at the interface of mental health and physical illness, and cross- cultural presentations.

Amongst his roles, Professor Silove offers an Assessment and Management Consultation Clinic for General Practitioners to assist them in their primary management of patients with a range of psychiatric disorders and mental health problems. Professor Silove specialises in telehealth assessments .
